(“Healthdyne”) on February 11, 1998. From March 1992 until March 1996, Mr. Dewberry was Vice Chairman of Healthdyne, Inc. From 1984 to 1992, Mr. Dewberry served as President and Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Healthdyne, Inc.
